To confirm a booking we kindly request our guests to pay a 20% deposit (+ air plane ticket fares if any), payable by bank transfer or credit card. The balance is required 30 days before arrival by bank transfer or credit card. All transactions by credit card payment are subject to an additional 2% fees.
CANCELLATION POLICY :
Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival :
The deposit is refundable minus 100€ booking and transfer fees. In case of cancellation, the deposit remains valid if you choose to reschedule your booking and postpone your arrival within a year.
Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival :
The deposit is non refundable but remains valid if you choose to reschedule your booking and postpone your arrival within a year.
Cancellation made within 30 days before arrival :
The deposit is non refundable but remains valid if you choose to reschedule your booking and postpone your arrival within a year.
